Taconic Music is pleased to announce a new opportunity for area violin, viola, cello and double bass students, ages 7 and up, to participate in a string ensemble. Directed by cellist Karen Svirsky and violinist Joana Genova, the Taconic Junior Ensemble will rehearse on Mondays from 5:30 to 6:30pm at Zion Episcopal Church in Manchester.

The Fall session, which begins October 15, will consist of 7 rehearsals and culminate in a public performance. The program fee is $50. Prior ensemble experience is not required, but all students must be able to read music. Please read the information about rehearsals and policies before submitting an enrollment form.
